Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to production. Custom Fees are non-refundable. Orders that have already entered production may not be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service representatives. Because products are made to order, time is of the essence. Written confirmation of your cancellation may be requested.
