Shipping Your Order
Shipping Lead Times
The lead time of your order may vary based on our production schedule. Standard orders typically ship out of our facility in 2-3 weeks from the day you place your order.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Expected Delivery Dates
All products are shipped from Washington, GA. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped by T Force Freight.
Specific Delivery Date Requests
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need to delay a shipment to a certain date, please contact us at (800)218-0415 before placing your order. To meet specific ship dates expedite options may be available and/or required.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email one day later to allow the shipment to enter the carrier’s system. Included in the email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
For orders shipped LTL, the carrier terminal will contact you to schedule delivery when they receive the product. Standard delivery includes bringing the panels to your home address. We do not recommend using a lift gate for the delivery. If possible, remove the panels one at a time from the shipping container. Prior to signing/accepting, please be sure to check for any damages that may have occurred during transit and note on the shipping receipt. If any damages are significant, take photos of the damage, refuse the package and contact us immediately.
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service representatives for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of panels you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
